Benefits of Bluewater Boat Rentals
Why should I choose Bluewater?
Bluewater has a vast array of boats to offer for rent with the leading fleet of modern, spacious, and luxurious yachts. Our experienced associates understand that it is not ‘one boat fits all’ and will take the time to understand your groups’ unique needs to celebrate your special occasion.
Learn more about Bluewater Boat Rentals:
Getting a boat rental secured by Bluewater is convenient, quick and reliable. We've done everything we can to streamline the rental process for you. Here's how it works:
Step 1:
Browse our various boats offered in our fleet and the different amenities, features, and capacities associated with each. If you feel that you can’t find a boat that is suitable for your occasion, please contact us and one of our associates will be happy to outsource a boat that is just what you’re looking for.
Step 2:
Complete the online rental application form with basic details of your group’s desires. Given the seasonality of the activity, we do have a high number of requests that come in any given day. Please give our team 24 hours to respond to the request with further details. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please call us and one of our associates will expedite the process for you.
Step 3:
Approval or modification of rental request – once your rental request has been reviewed by one of our
associates, we will contact you to confirm if the request has been approved, or if a modification is required due to double booking, or a separate matter.
Step 4:
Once the rental request is approved, you must provide a 1 Hour deposit and sign the boat Rental Agreement. Once we have an executed agreement and deposit in place, we will block off your desired time and day to secure your spot. We will also ask that each member of your group sign waivers and release of liability forms prior to departure.
Step 5:
Pay balance on day of the boat rental, and enjoy the lake lifestyle!
If you have any other questions that are not answered below in the FAQ, please contact us by phone and one of our associates will be happy to address any other questions you may have.
rates
What are your rates and how do they compare to others?
Bluewater works hard to bring you the most competitive rates and flexible boat options available in the market. We are owner operators meaning that you can trust you are working directly with the boat source, without having the headache of navigating broker channels and other promoters.
We price or boats so that the price you see is the price you get, no additional costs, no hidden fees. Pay close
attention to other alternatives in the market that offer low ‘click bait’ rates, only to find out you have to pay extra for additional guests that we feel should be included in the first place.
We do have a minimum booking of 3 hours in order to justify costs to prepare the boat, schedule a captain, schedule crew, and organize logistics for the boat rental.
Our rates are as follows:
60 Foot Flagship Yacht: Standard Rate $950/Hour Promotion Rate (Rentals 6hours or more) $830/Hour
50 Foot Yacht: Standard Rate $800/Hour
45 Foot Yacht: Standard Rate $750/Hour
40 Foot Yacht: Standard Rate $650/Hour
30 Foot Boat: $400/Hour
How many hours can I book?
We require a minimum booking of 3 hours, but we can book as many hours as your group desires.
Is tax included?
All quoted prices above are non-inclusive of tax, and will be subject to 13% Ontario sales tax.
Is gratuity included?
Crew gratuity are discretionary although it is customary for a charterer who has enjoyed the kind and attentive service of a good crew to extend gratuity. Crew gratuities are normally in the region of 10% of the cost of the boat rental, but can be adjusted up or down according to your level of satisfaction.

What is included in the rental?
Can we bring food?
You are welcome to bring your own food on board the boats. Depending on the boat rental, we also have a BBQ available, full kitchen, and fridge for you to use. We encourage you to bring simple food, such as hamburgers, hotdogs, or other handheld sandwiches in order to enjoy the boat experience as much as possible. We can accommodate other more complex meals, however we have noticed that this can become the main focus of the day and take away time from your boating experience.
Can we bring drinks?
You are welcome to bring drinks on board. We encourage no glass and plastic cups in order to avoid anything
breaking, damaging the boat, or hurting yourself.
What else is included?
The rates posted above include Bluewater sourcing a captain, 2 boat hostesses, fuel, insurance, docking/harbour fees, ice, water, and basic essentials such as cups, plates, and utensils. Please check with us if you are unsure of what to bring.
are there speakers?
We carry a Yorkville 4400 Watt speaker on board that any guest can plug into at anytime.
Weather/Rescheduling
What happens if it rains?
If it is raining during your charter hours we will reschedule to another day that works for your group. Weather can change dramatically over 24 hours and we will make a collective decision on the day of your charter. We do not reschedule for cloudy or cold conditions.
Can we reschedule?
We require 10 days advance notice in order to reschedule or cancel your rental altogether. If such notice is provided we will provide a full refund of your deposit, no questions asked.
location
Where are your boats located?
All of our boats are located at 1 Port St E, Mississauga, Ontario. We request that all guests with boat rentals only board and de-board at this location. It is illegal to drop off and pickup any other guests in the Toronto Harbour, or any other marina that is not the home based location.
How do we get to the boat on the day of rental?
Once you arrive at 1 Port St E (Port Credit Harbour Marina) you can proceed to the second set of gates where the large marina sign is. Press the intercom and tell security you are going to ‘Dock R’. After driving through the gate, proceed to the water’s edge and the dock is the first one located on the right hand side.
where can we boat to?
Although we request for boarding and de-boarding to take place at the above address, we can spend the majority of the time cruising the Toronto Harbour, Toronto Islands, or anchored at Hanlans Point. The boat ride to get into Toronto is roughly 20-30 minutes, depending on conditions that given day. The destination and/or time spent in a given spot is ultimately up to your groups’ discretion.
